About the practice

A clear way into the work.

Cristhy Mattos and Juliano Vendemiatti guide the series, with Dave Murray-Rust guest-teaching selected classes. Technical and somatic study leads into open dancing.

Beginners are welcome; no partner is needed. You can pause, observe or decline contact. Wear comfortable clothing, remove sharp accessories and bring water.

Class 19:30–20:30; open jam 20:30–21:30
Extended jams
28 October and 25 November 2026, 19:30–21:30. Jam only; no class.

€5 per selected evening, including both class and jam on Class + Jam dates

Choose one or more dates through IAMS. Places are secured after payment.

  1. Contact Improvisation foundations and shared dancing

  2. Somatic exploration informed by Feldenkrais studies

  3. Class followed by a jam, or a full jam on the two listed dates
